摘要
本文总结1例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者运用耳穴贴压联合穴位埋线调治的护理经验。本病例以中医辨证施护为指导，采用耳穴贴压联合穴位埋线中医外治技术，结合饮食指导、运动干预、情志调摄、睡眠管理及生活起居护理等措施，经干预后患者体重、腰围、腹围均明显降低，肝功能指标恢复正常，失眠、乏力等症状改善，不良生活习惯得到纠正，精神面貌及舒适度显著提升，患者满意度高且疾病复发率降低。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease treated by ear point pressing pills combined with acupoint catgut embedding. Guided by TCM syndrome differentiation-based nursing， this case adopted TCM external treatment techniques of ear point pressing and acupoint catgut embedding， combined with dietary guidance， exercise intervention， emotional regulation， sleep management， and daily living care. After intervention， the patient’s body weight， waist circumference， and abdominal circumference were significantly reduced， liver function indexes returned to normal， symptoms such as insomnia and fatigue were improved， bad living habits were corrected， mental state and comfort were significantly enhanced， patient satisfaction was high， and the disease recurrence rate was reduced.
