摘要
本研究针对1例冠状动脉旁路移植术（CABG）后患者，创新性整合皮内针疗法、八段锦训练与西医基础护理构成多维度康复方案。通过标准化评估（PSQI睡眠指数、HAMA焦虑量表及NYHA心功能分级）发现，患者术后存在显著睡眠障碍（PSQI评分15分）、中度焦虑（HAMA评分25分）及心功能Ⅲ级受限。经系统干预后，睡眠质量显著改善（PSQI评分降至9分），焦虑状态缓解（HAMA评分降至10分），心功能分级提升至Ⅱ级，伴随症状如肢体麻木完全缓解。结果表明，该方案通过皮内针调节自主神经张力、八段锦改善心肺适应性、西医护理控制风险因素的协同作用，有效突破传统康复瓶颈。
Abstract
This study innovatively integrated intradermal needle therapy， Qigong training， and basic Western medical care to form a multi-dimensional rehabilitation plan for a patient after coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG）. Through standardized evaluations （PSQI sleep index， HAMA anxiety scale， and NYHA cardiac function classification）， it was found that the patient had significant sleep disorders （PSQI = 15 points）， moderate anxiety （HAMA = 25 points）， and cardiac function restricted to grade III. After systematic intervention， sleep quality significantly improved （PSQI dropped to 9 points）， anxiety was relieved （HAMA dropped to 10 points）， cardiac function was improved to grade II， and symptoms such as numbness in the limbs were completely resolved. The results indicate that this plan， through the synergistic effect of intradermal needle regulation of autonomic nerve tension， Qigong improvement of cardiopulmonary adaptability， and Western medical care control of risk factors， effectively breaks through the traditional rehabilitation bottleneck.
