摘要

本案例总结1例下咽癌患者医护技一体化中西医结合护理查房模式的实践经验，旨在探讨中西医结合护理在下咽癌保守治疗期患者中的典型应用及重要性。通过搜集患者临床资料，由责任护士汇报病情，医生分析病情特点，医护技团队联合针对重难点内容进行讨论，建立医、护、技三位一体的诊疗护理模式，共同制定中西医结合护理措施，最终使患者整体健康状况得到明显改善，生活质量显著提高。

Abstract

This case report summarizes the practical experience of an integrated medical-nursing-technical team round model with combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine （TCM-WM） nursing for a hypopharyngeal cancer patient， aiming to explore its typical application and significance during the conservative treatment phase. Clinical data were collected， with the primary nurse reporting the patient’s condition， physicians analyzing clinical features， and the multidisciplinary team collaboratively discussing key challenges. A tripartite diagnostic and nursing model （medical-nursing-technical integration） was established to formulate TCM-WM nursing interventions， ultimately leading to significant improvement in the patient’s overall health status and quality of life.
