摘要
本文总结1例74岁男性患者行永久起搏器植入术后合并失眠的康复护理经验。在常规术后护理基础上，自术后第2日起实施分阶段肢体康复训练，同时联合子午流注理论指导的耳穴压丸治疗（2次/d，取穴神门、心、皮质下）。经14 d连续干预后，患者肩关节活动度、睡眠质量、焦虑情绪及生活自理能力均较干预前显著改善，且未发生电极脱位、囊袋血肿等并发症。结果表明，该分阶段康复联合择时耳穴干预方案能同步改善起搏器术后患者的肢体功能与睡眠障碍，兼具安全性与临床可行性。
Abstract
This article summarizes the rehabilitation nursing experience of a 74-year-old male patient who developed insomnia after permanent pacemaker implantation. On the basis of routine postoperative care， staged limb rehabilitation training was implemented from the second day after the operation， and at the same time， auricular point pressing with pills guided by the theory of Zi Wu Liu Zhu was carried out （twice a day， with the points Shenmen， Xin， and Cortical Subcortex selected）. After 14 consecutive days of intervention， the patient's shoulder joint range of motion， sleep quality， anxiety， and self-care ability were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention， and no complications such as electrode dislocation or pocket hematoma occurred. The results show that this staged rehabilitation combined with timed auricular point intervention program can simultaneously improve limb function and sleep disorders in patients after pacemaker implantation， and is both safe and clinically feasible.
