摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩联合艾灸治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者的护理实践。基于中医辨证施护原则，通过系统的护理评估、诊断、计划、实施及评价，为患者制定个性化干预方案。在常规护理基础上，重点结合情志调摄与饮食指导，并配合中药膏摩及艾灸疗法。结果表明，该综合护理模式能显著缓解患者胃痛症状，改善脾胃虚寒证候，稳定生理机能，同时增强治疗信心，最终提升其生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing practice for one case of stomachache due to spleen-stomach deficiency-cold treated with herbal ointment massage combined with moxibustion. Based on the principles of syndrome differentiation nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， a personalized intervention plan was developed through systematic nursing assessment， diagnosis， planning， implementation， and evaluation. On the basis of routine nursing care， emphasis was placed on emotional regulation and dietary guidance， combined with herbal ointment massage and moxibustion therapy. The results showed that this integrated nursing model significantly alleviated the patient’s stomachache symptoms， improved spleen-stomach deficiency-cold syndrome， stabilized physiological function， enhanced treatment confidence， and ultimately improved the patient’s quality of life.
