摘要

本文总结1例中药地榆油联合半导体激光治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者艾灸低温烫伤的护理过程。治疗期间，为患者实施环境护理、烫伤创面护理、心理护理及健康指导等综合干预措施。经积极治疗与护理干预，患者各项生理指标趋于稳定，心力衰竭症状缓解，烫伤创面愈合良好。研究证实，中药地榆油联合半导体激光治疗配合综合护理干预，在合并慢性心力衰竭的艾灸低温烫伤患者护理中具有显著疗效，可有效促进创面愈合，改善患者心功能状态。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing process of treating an elderly patient with chronic heart failure caused by low temperature scald after cupping and laser therapy using Radix Rubiae Oil. During the treatment， comprehensive intervention measures such as environmental care， scald wound care， psychological care， and health guidance were implemented for the patient. Through active treatment and nursing intervention， the patient's various physiological indicators stabilized， the symptoms of heart failure were relieved， and the scald wound healed well. The study confirmed that the combination of Radix Rubiae Oil and semiconductor laser therapy with comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant therapeutic effect in the nursing of patients with cupping and low temperature scald combined with chronic heart failure， and can effectively promote wound healing and improve the patient's cardiac function status.
