摘要

本文旨在总结1例应用腕踝针疗法治疗顽固性肱骨外上髁炎（网球肘）患者的临床效果与护理经验。通过对患者进行全面的身心状态评估，在中医“整体观念”和“辨证施护”思想指导下，制定并实施了以腕踝针治疗为核心，结合功能锻炼指导、情志疏导、健康教育的个体化系统化护理方案。经治疗与护理，患者肘部疼痛显著减轻，关节功能明显恢复，焦虑情绪得到有效缓解，生活质量显著改善。本报告可为采用腕踝针疗法治疗此类疾病的临床护理提供参考。

Abstract

This report summarizes the clinical efficacy and nursing experience of wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy in treating a patient with refractory lateral epicondylitis （tennis elbow）. Guided by the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） principles of "holistic concept" and "syndrome differentiation nursing，" a comprehensive assessment of the patient’s physical and mental condition was conducted. An individualized and systematic nursing plan was developed and implemented， centered on wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy and supplemented with functional exercise guidance， emotional counseling， and health education. After treatment and nursing interventions， the patient exhibited significant pain relief， improved joint function， alleviated anxiety， and enhanced quality of life. This report may serve as a reference for clinical nursing practices utilizing wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy for similar conditions.
