摘要
本文报告1例中药竹罐治疗胸痹心痛伴后背痛患者的护理个案。病例的特殊性在于，患者后背痛并非单纯肌骨问题，而是胸痹“由前及后”的延伸表现，属气虚血瘀证，常规护理效果有限。患者为71岁女性，诊断为冠心病不稳定性心绞痛，在规范西药治疗基础上联合中药竹罐疗法，选穴心俞、至阳等，施以“温通拔吸”之法。护理过程中通过全面评估、精准辨证、系统计划与实施，结果显示患者背痛显著缓解，情绪、睡眠及自我管理能力均得到改善。本案例提示，中药竹罐作为安全有效的中医特色技术，能有效解决胸痹患者的残余症状，体现“辨证施护”的优势，为将非药物疗法融入心脏康复护理提供了实践范本，值得临床推广并进一步研究。
Abstract
This article reports a nursing case of a patient with chest obstruction and heartache accompanied by back pain treated with medicinal bamboo cupping. The uniqueness of this case lies in the fact that the patient’s back pain was not merely a musculoskeletal issue but an extension of chest obstruction manifesting as "anterior-to-posterior" referred pain， classified as a syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis， for which conventional nursing interventions showed limited efficacy. The patient， a 71-year-old female diagnosed with unstable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease， received standardized Western medication combined with medicinal bamboo cupping therapy. Acupoints such as Xinshu （BL 15） and Zhiyang （GV 9） were selected， and the "warming-unblocking suction" technique was applied. Through comprehensive assessment， precise syndrome differentiation， and systematic planning and implementation of nursing care， the results demonstrated significant relief of back pain， along with improvements in mood， sleep， and self-management ability. This case suggests that medicinal bamboo cupping， as a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） therapy， can address residual symptoms in patients with chest obstruction， highlighting the advantages of "syndrome-differentiated nursing." It provides a practical model for integrating non-pharmacological therapies into cardiac rehabilitation nursing， warranting clinical promotion and further research.
