摘要

本案例介绍1例风寒湿痹型神经根型颈椎病患者采用棍针联合四子散热熨的个案护理全过程。针对患者证型，先采用棍针沿十二经筋循行拨筋松解筋结，通过刺激体表经筋调节神经反射、改善局部微循环，再予四子散热熨散寒祛湿、温通止痛，两种疗法协同作用，可有效改善患者疼痛症状、改善颈椎活动度及提升生活质量。

Abstract

This case report presents the comprehensive nursing management of a patient diagnosed with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of the wind-cold-dampness obstruction type， treated with a combination of stick needle therapy and Four-Seeds herbal fomentation. Tailored to the patient's syndrome pattern， the intervention protocol first involved stick needle therapy applied along the twelve tendon meridians to release muscular adhesions and regulate neural reflexes by stimulating superficial tendons， thereby improving local microcirculation. Subsequently， Four-Seeds herbal fomentation was administered to dispel cold-dampness， warm the meridians， and alleviate pain. The synergistic application of these two therapies effectively ameliorated the patient's pain symptoms， enhanced cervical mobility， and improved overall quality of life.
