摘要
总结穴位按揉联合耳穴压籽在1例尿潴留留置尿管患者膀胱功能恢复中的护理经验。在常规护理基础上，于置管后24 h内开始实施为期14 d的穴位按揉（中极、关元、气海、利尿（奇穴））及耳穴压丸（交感、肾、膀胱、输尿管、神门、皮质下、胆）联合干预，动态监测拔管后首次排尿时间、首次排尿量、残余尿量、尿潴留发生情况及健康调查简表（SF-36）评分。患者拔管后首次排尿时间（138 min）缩短，首次排尿量（285 mL）增加，残余尿量（28 mL）减少，未发生尿潴留；健康调查简表（SF-36）评分显著提升（生理功能评分由58分升至79分）。经过14 d的治疗与护理，患者好转出院。本案例验证穴位按揉联合耳穴压籽方案在促进留置尿管患者膀胱功能恢复中的有效性和安全性。
Abstract
This report summarizes the nursing experience of combining acupoint massage （applied to Zhongji， Guanyuan， Qihai， and the extraordinary point "Diuretic"） with auricular seed embedding （targeting sympathetic， kidney， bladder， ureter， Shenmen， subcortex， and gallbladder points） to promote bladder function recovery in a catheterized patient with urinary retention. The 14-day intervention， initiated within 24 hours post-catheterization alongside routine care， demonstrated significant outcomes： reduced time to first voiding （138 minutes）， increased initial voided volume （285 mL）， decreased residual urine （28 mL）， and no recurrence of urinary retention. The SF-36 score notably improved （physical function score rose from 58 to 79）. The patient was discharged with marked recovery after treatment， validating the efficacy and safety of this integrated approach for post-catheterization bladder rehabilitation.
