摘要
本文总结1例耳穴压豆法联合八段锦锻炼干预糖尿病前期失眠患者的护理经验。患者中医辨证属气阴两虚证，采用耳穴疗法（取穴神门、心、脾、内分泌）联合辨证施练八段锦，并同步实施情志调摄、子午流注饮食指导及睡眠卫生教育。经2周干预，患者入睡时间缩短40 min，夜间觉醒次数减少3次，睡眠时长延长2.5 h（由4 h增至6.5 h），失眠严重指数量表（ISI）评分降低14分，空腹血糖波动范围明显收窄（5.8～6.3 mmol/L）。结果表明，中西医结合护理可有效改善糖尿病前期相关失眠症状，促进血糖代谢稳态。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a pre-diabetic patient with insomnia treated with auricular acupressure combined with Baduanjin exercise. The patient was diagnosed with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. Interventions included auricular therapy （targeting Shenmen， Heart， Spleen， and Endocrine points） and syndrome-specific Baduanjin practice， supplemented with emotional regulation， Zi Wu Liuzhu dietary guidance， and sleep hygiene education. After two weeks of intervention， the patient’s sleep onset latency decreased by 40 minutes， nocturnal awakenings reduced by 3 episodes， total sleep duration extended by 2.5 hours （from 4 to 6.5 hours）， and the Insomnia Severity Index （ISI） score dropped by 14 points. Fasting blood glucose fluctuations also significantly narrowed （5.8–6.3 mmol/L）. The results demonstrate that integrated TCM and Western nursing approaches can effectively alleviate insomnia associated with pre-diabetes and promote glycemic metabolic stability.
