摘要
总结1例热射病合并支气管哮喘急性发作患者的中西医结合护理经验。护理要点包括严格遵循《中国热射病诊断与治疗指南》制定精准护理措施；结合中医暑病理论，精准把握中医护理干预时机；采用针灸联合艾灸疗法，调理肠道功能；实施中药保留灌肠，促进胃肠蠕动、通腑泄热；同时给予患者经口气管插管机械通气支持、快速降温、抗感染及营养支持等中西医结合治疗与护理措施。经系统干预后，患者最终好转出院，本案例为临床同类患者的中西医结合护理提供了参考依据。
Abstract
This article summarizes the integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing experience for a patient with heat stroke complicated by acute bronchial asthma attack. Key nursing measures included： formulating precise nursing interventions based on the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Heat Stroke； accurately timing Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing interventions guided by TCM theory of summerheat diseases； applying acupuncture combined with moxibustion to regulate intestinal function； administering Chinese herbal retention enema to promote gastrointestinal motility， purge heat， and relieve stagnation； and implementing integrated treatments such as orotracheal intubation with mechanical ventilation， rapid cooling， anti-infection therapy， and nutritional support. Through systematic interventions， the patient's condition improved， leading to successful discharge. This case provides a reference for the clinical nursing of similar patients using an integrated Chinese-Western approach.
