摘要
本文总结1例耳尖放血联合中药泡浴治疗高热惊厥患儿的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，通过全面护理评估制定针对性护理计划，采用耳尖放血与中药泡浴两种中医外治疗法联合干预，有效控制患儿高热惊厥，缓解家长焦虑情绪。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a child with high fever convulsion through ear tip bloodletting combined with Chinese herbal bath. Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine， a targeted nursing plan was formulated through comprehensive nursing assessment. The intervention of both ear tip bloodletting and Chinese herbal bath as traditional Chinese medicine external treatments was adopted， effectively controlling the child's high fever convulsion and alleviating the anxiety of the parents.
