摘要

总结1例96岁高龄肺部感染合并泌尿系真菌感染、压疮及老年痴呆患者的中西医结合护理经验。患者因生理机能衰退、免疫低下并发多种病症，护理重点围绕中医辨证施护与西医基础护理相结合，包括呼吸道管理、感染控制、压疮创面护理、肠内营养支持、中医特色技术干预（中药内服、塌渍、穴位贴敷等）及情志调护。经9 d系统性护理干预，患者感染指标恢复正常，压疮创面逐步愈合，营养状态改善，生命体征平稳后出院。该护理方案为高龄多并发症患者的中西医结合护理提供临床参考。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western nursing for a 96-year-old patient with pulmonary infection， urinary tract fungal infection， pressure ulcer and senile dementia. Due to the decline of physiological functions and low immunity， the patient developed multiple complications. The nursing focus was on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation-based care and Western basic nursing， including respiratory tract management， infection control， pressure ulcer wound care， enteral nutrition support， traditional Chinese medicine characteristic techniques intervention （oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine， cataplasm application， acupoint application， etc.） and emotional care. After 9 days of systematic nursing intervention， the patient's infection indicators returned to normal， the pressure ulcer wound gradually healed， the nutritional status improved， and the vital signs were stable before discharge. This nursing plan provides a clinical reference for the integrated traditional Chinese and Western nursing of elderly patients with multiple complications.
