摘要
本文报告1例中风口角歪斜患者，通过面部刮痧护理成功改善口角歪斜症状的护理个案。患者因发现口角歪斜2 d入院，诊断为缺血性脑卒中（气虚血瘀证）。入院后，予面部刮痧干预以促进面部功能恢复。护理过程中，重点实施病情观察、情志调护、饮食指导、用药护理及生活起居护理。通过综合护理措施，患者口角歪斜症状明显减轻，病情好转出院。本案例展示了面部刮痧护理在改善中风口角歪斜中的有效性，为临床护理提供了参考。
Abstract
This case report presents the successful application of facial Gua Sha therapy in improving mouth deviation symptoms in a stroke patient. The patient was admitted with a 2-day history of mouth deviation and diagnosed with ischemic stroke （Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome）. During hospitalization， facial Gua Sha intervention was implemented to promote facial functional recovery. Nursing care emphasized condition monitoring， emotional regulation， dietary guidance， medication management， and daily activity support. Through comprehensive nursing measures， the patient's mouth deviation significantly improved， leading to discharge with marked clinical recovery. This case demonstrates the efficacy of facial Gua Sha therapy in managing post-stroke mouth deviation， offering a reference for clinical nursing practice.
