摘要

本文总结1例脑部深部电刺激术后效果不佳患者的中医特色治疗及护理体会。观察记录患者临床症状，根据患者证型辨证施护，有效改善患者双眼睑痉挛、口周痉挛及焦虑等症状，降低跌倒风险，有效提高患者自生活质量。

Abstract

This report summarizes the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） therapeutic interventions and nursing experience for a patient with unsatisfactory outcomes following deep brain stimulation （DBS） surgery for Meige syndrome. Through systematic observation and recording of clinical symptoms， syndrome differentiation-based nursing was implemented， effectively alleviating symptoms including blepharospasm， oromandibular dystonia， and anxiety. The approach significantly reduced fall risks and improved the patient's quality of life.
