摘要
本文总结1例老年便秘患者采用小儿导尿管实施开塞露保留灌肠联合中医辨证施护的护理经验。该患者因长期便秘伴腹胀、排尿困难入院，经中医辨证为气机郁滞兼气血亏虚，护理过程中予上述创新灌肠方法干预，并配合情志调护、饮食指导等措施，最终患者顺利排便，腹胀缓解，情绪稳定。该方法安全有效，患者耐受性良好，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of elderly constipation patient treated with retention enema using glycerin suppository via pediatric catheter combined with TCM syndrome differentiation-based nursing. The patient was admitted to the hospital due to long-term constipation accompanied by abdominal distension and difficulty in urination. The TCM syndrome differentiation was identified as qi stagnation and deficiency of qi and blood. During the nursing process， the above-mentioned innovative enema method was used for intervention， and combined with emotional care， dietary guidance and other measures. Eventually， the patient defecated smoothly， abdominal distension was relieved， and the mood was stable. This method is safe and effective， with good patient tolerance， and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
