摘要
本文总结1例应用腹部推拿联合失眠推拿疗法改善心脾两虚型失眠患者的护理经验。护理要点包括中医整体护理评估、基础护理、情志调护及中医特色干预（腹部推拿联合失眠推拿疗法）。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index， PSQI）和汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton Anxiety Scale， HAMA）进行效果评价，经过28 d中医辨证施护后，患者失眠症状及焦虑情绪均显著缓解。本文旨在探讨腹部推拿联合失眠推拿疗法对心脾两虚型失眠患者的护理效果，为临床心脾两虚型失眠患者的中医护理提供实践参考。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with insomnia of heart-spleen deficiency type by using abdominal massage combined with insomnia massage therapy. The key points of nursing include overall nursing assessment of traditional Chinese medicine， basic care， emotional regulation， and traditional Chinese medicine intervention （abdominal massage combined with insomnia massage therapy）. The effects were evaluated using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）. After 28 days of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome-based care， the patient's insomnia symptoms and anxiety were significantly relieved. This article aims to explore the nursing effect of abdominal massage combined with insomnia massage therapy for patients with heart-spleen deficiency type insomnia， providing practical references for the traditional Chinese medicine nursing of patients with heart-spleen deficiency type insomnia in clinical practice.
