目的

以“全院一张床”信息化集中管理模式为研究对象，结合2例骨科患者的跨科护理实践，分析该模式在临床护理中的应用效果。
方法
2
通过信息化平台科学调整床位分配、动态调配护理资源，为患者提供全治疗周期的连续护理支持；护理团队根据患者病情制定个体化方案，落实病情动态监护、跌倒风险防控、术后专科护理及跨科护理人员培训等关键措施。
结果

该模式有效提升床位使用效率，增强护患沟通时效性，降低不良事件风险，患者治疗期间无安全事件发生。
结论

“全院一张床”管理模式通过优化资源配置，保障了患者全周期护理的连续性与安全性，提升了护理服务质量，对医院管理模式创新具有积极推动作用。
Abstract
Objective

This study examines the application effects of the "Hospital-Wide Bed-Sharing" centralized information management model through cross-departmental nursing practices for two orthopedic patients.
Methods
2
The model utilized an information platform to scientifically allocate beds and dynamically deploy nursing resources， providing continuous care throughout the treatment cycle. The nursing team developed individualized plans， implementing key measures such as dynamic condition monitoring， fall risk prevention， postoperative specialized care， and interdisciplinary staff training.
Results

The model significantly improved bed utilization efficiency， enhanced timely nurse-patient communication， reduced adverse event risks， and ensured zero safety incidents during treatment.
Conclusion

The "Hospital-Wide Bed-Sharing" model optimizes resource allocation， ensures continuity and safety of holistic patient care， and elevates nursing service quality， offering a proactive approach to innovative hospital management.
