摘要
本病例总结1例高血压合并头晕失眠患者在子午流注刮痧联合中西医结合护理干预下的临床效果。治疗在西医基础降压方案的基础上，配合择时取穴的子午流注刮痧及中医特色护理措施，同时对患者进行多维度评估与系统干预。结果显示，患者入院时中医眩晕失眠症状量表评分28分，血压158/96 mmHg，睡眠效率45%；入院第7天，眩晕失眠症状量表评分降至18分，血压控制在142/88 mmHg，睡眠效率提升至60%；出院时，眩晕失眠症状量表评分降至7分，血压稳定在135/82 mmHg，睡眠效率达78%，且持续性昏沉感、入睡困难等临床症状完全缓解。该护理方案可有效提升高血压患者的血压控制达标率，改善睡眠质量及躯体不适症状，促进患者身心康复，具有较高的临床推广价值。
Abstract
This case report summarizes the clinical efficacy of Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow Scraping Therapy combined with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention in a patient with hypertension complicated by dizziness and insomnia. On the basis of conventional Western medicine antihypertensive treatment， the patient received time-selected acupoint scraping based on the Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow theory and TCM characteristic nursing measures， along with multidimensional assessment and systematic intervention. Results showed that at admission， the patient's TCM Vertigo-Insomnia Symptom Scale score was 28， blood pressure was 158/96 mmHg， and sleep efficiency was 45%. On the 7th day of hospitalization， the symptom score decreased to 18， blood pressure was controlled at 142/88 mmHg， and sleep efficiency improved to 60%. At discharge， the symptom score was reduced to 7， blood pressure stabilized at 135/82 mmHg， sleep efficiency reached 78%， and clinical symptoms such as persistent grogginess and difficulty falling asleep were completely relieved. This nursing protocol effectively improves blood pressure control rate， sleep quality， and physical discomfort in hypertensive patients， promotes physical and mental rehabilitation， and holds high clinical promotion value.
