摘要
本文总结中医护理技术雷火灸联合皮内针干预1例青风内障不寐患者的护理体会。通过温经通络、滋养肝肾及宁心安神的中医干预原则，同时加强患者生活、药物、饮食与情志全方面护理，有效改善患者临床症状。干预2周后，患者中医证候评分由3分降至1分，疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分由4分降至1分，匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分由18分降至7分，焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分由68分降至59分，患者眼胀、头晕及心烦等症状得到显著改善。雷火灸联合皮内针治疗能显著改善青风内障患者的失眠与焦虑状态，体现“眼心同治”的中医整体观，值得在眼科临床护理中推广应用。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with glaucoma and insomnia treated by thunderfire moxibustion combined with intradermal needling. Through the principles of warming meridians and collaterals， nourishing liver and kidney， and calming the mind and soothing the spirit in traditional Chinese medicine， and by strengthening the comprehensive care of the patient's life， medication， diet and emotions， the clinical symptoms of the patient were effectively improved. After two weeks of intervention， the patient's TCM syndrome score decreased from 3 to 1， the pain visual analogue scale （VAS） score decreased from 4 to 1， the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） score decreased from 18 to 7， and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） score decreased from 68 to 59. The patient's symptoms of eye distension， dizziness and irritability were significantly improved. The combination of thunderfire moxibustion and intradermal needling can significantly improve the insomnia and anxiety of glaucoma patients， reflecting the holistic view of "eye-heart co-treatment" in traditional Chinese medicine， and is worthy of promotion and application in ophthalmic clinical nursing.
