摘要
本文总结1例带状疱疹患者应用中西医结合护理的实践经验。在常规抗病毒及镇痛治疗基础上，通过系统护理评估，针对患者疼痛、皮损及睡眠障碍等核心问题，实施中西医结合护理措施，包括乳酸依沙吖啶溶液湿敷（抗感染）、解毒生肌膏外用（祛腐生肌）、红光治疗（抗炎促愈合）及辨证施护的情志、饮食干预。经系统性干预，患者疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）由8分降至2分，匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分由15分降至6分，皮损愈合良好，未发生继发感染，护理效果满意。结果表明，中西医结合护理模式能有效缓解带状疱疹急性期症状，促进患者康复。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the practical experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with herpes zoster. On the basis of conventional antiviral and analgesic treatment， through systematic nursing assessment， integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing measures were implemented to address the patient’s core problems such as pain， skin lesions， and sleep disorders， including ethacridine lactate solution wet compress （anti-infection）， Jiedu Shengji Ointment for external use （removing necrosis and promoting granulation）， red light therapy （anti-inflammatory and promoting healing）， as well as emotional and dietary interventions based on syndrome differentiation. After systematic intervention， the patient’s Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） score for pain decreased from 8 to 2， the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） score decreased from 15 to 6， the skin lesions healed well without secondary infection， and the nursing effect was satisfactory. The results show that the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing model can effectively relieve the acute symptoms of herpes zoster and promote patient recovery.
