摘要
本文通过对1例甲状腺结节术后焦虑患者实施耳穴疗法联合五音疗法的护理病例进行分析，探讨中医特色护理干预对患者焦虑情绪的改善效果。经治疗后患者焦虑情绪明显缓解，病情好转。研究表明，耳穴疗法联合五音疗法治疗甲状腺结节术后焦虑患者，配合针对性护理措施，可有效缓解患者焦虑情绪，改善预后，值得临床借鉴与推广。
Abstract
This article analyzes a nursing case of a patient with postoperative anxiety following thyroid nodule surgery， treated with auricular acupuncture therapy combined with five-element music therapy， to explore the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）-specific nursing interventions in alleviating anxiety. After treatment， the patient's anxiety symptoms significantly improved， with marked clinical recovery. The study demonstrates that the integration of auricular acupuncture and five-element music therapy， alongside targeted nursing measures， effectively reduces postoperative anxiety in thyroid nodule patients， improves prognosis， and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
