摘要
高龄膀胱癌患者术后康复过程常受体能下降、并发症风险高、尿控功能重建难度大等因素影响，传统单向性护理模式难以满足其多维度康复需求。本文以≥80岁膀胱癌术后个案为例，构建“分期康复＋中西医结合＋持续随访”的护理路径，通过生理监测、尿控训练、心理干预、营养调配及中医辨证施养等综合措施，形成从术后早期过渡至院外延续的全程照护链条。实践结果显示，该模式有助于促进泌尿系统功能恢复、降低并发症发生率、提升生活质量及情绪状态稳定性。研究表明，对高龄肿瘤术后患者实施整合式康复护理具有现实意义与推广价值，可为临床优化老年膀胱癌术后管理提供参考方向。
Abstract
The postoperative rehabilitation process of elderly bladder cancer patients is often affected by factors such as decreased physical fitness， high risk of complications， and difficulty in reconstructing urinary control function. Traditional unidirectional nursing models are difficult to meet their multi-dimensional rehabilitation needs. This paper takes a case of a bladder cancer patient over 80 years old after surgery as an example， and constructs a nursing path of "staged rehabilitation + integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine + continuous follow-up". Through comprehensive measures such as physiological monitoring， urinary control training， psychological intervention， nutritional adjustment， and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment， a full-process care chain from the early postoperative period to the continuation outside the hospital is formed. The practical results show that this model is helpful to promote the recovery of urinary system function， reduce the incidence of complications， and improve the quality of life and emotional stability. The research indicates that the implementation of integrated rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients after tumor surgery has practical significance and promotion value， and can provide a reference direction for the clinical optimization of postoperative management of elderly bladder cancer patients.
