摘要
本文回顾并总结1例经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术后并发假性动脉瘤破裂患者的护理经验。该患者因假性动脉瘤破裂致右上肢严重肿胀、瘀斑，继而出现张力性水疱及糜烂性溃疡，通过实施系统化中医特色护理干预方案取得显著疗效。本病例护理旨在为PCI术后假性动脉瘤破裂致肢体肿胀破溃患者的护理提供新思路与方法，充分发挥中医护理在促进创面愈合、改善患者预后中的独特优势。
Abstract
This article reviews and summarizes the nursing management of a patient who developed ruptured pseudoaneurysm after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）， leading to severe swelling， ecchymosis， tension blisters， and erosive ulcers in the right upper limb. A systematic Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）-based nursing intervention， including the application of licorice oil， demonstrated significant therapeutic effects. This case highlights a novel approach for managing limb swelling and ulceration secondary to pseudoaneurysm rupture post-PCI， emphasizing the unique advantages of TCM nursing in promoting wound healing and improving patient prognosis.
