摘要
总结1例重症天疱疮伴全身皮肤感染患者的护理经验。该患者全身约80%皮肤受累，表现为广泛红斑、水疱、糜烂，伴剧烈疼痛及躯体活动受限。医护团队通过全面评估，制定并实施系统护理干预措施，采用中西医结合护理模式，在西医常规治疗基础上，联合我院自制紫连膏油纱行创面封包护理，以促进创面修复。经过21 d住院治疗与护理，患者皮损面积缩小、渗出减少，创面结痂愈合，疼痛缓解，感染得到有效控制，临床症状显著改善。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with severe pemphigus complicated by systemic skin infection. The patient exhibited approximately 80% skin involvement， presenting with extensive erythema， blisters， erosions， severe pain， and restricted physical mobility. Through comprehensive assessment， the medical team developed and implemented systematic nursing interventions， adopting an integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine approach. In addition to conventional Western treatments， the patient received wound occlusion therapy using our hospital’s self-developed Zilian Ointment-impregnated gauze to promote wound healing. After 21 days of hospitalization and nursing care， the patient showed reduced lesion area， decreased exudation， scab formation， pain relief， and effective infection control， with significant clinical improvement.
