摘要
本文总结1例脑卒中后并发不完全性肠梗阻患者的中西医结合护理经验。通过收集患者病历资料、确立护理诊断、制定针对性护理计划，为患者实施包括温灸器灸法、葫芦灸、中药灌肠在内的个性化护理措施。经过15 d的治疗与护理，患者不完全性肠梗阻症状得到改善，可为同类患者的中西医结合康复护理提供临床借鉴。
Abstract
This article summarizes the integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing experience for a stroke patient complicated with incomplete intestinal obstruction. By reviewing medical records， establishing nursing diagnoses， and formulating targeted care plans， personalized interventions—including warm moxibustion， gourd moxibustion， and Chinese herbal enema—were implemented. After 15 days of treatment and nursing， the patient’s symptoms of incomplete intestinal obstruction improved. This case provides clinical reference for the rehabilitation nursing of similar patients using an integrated approach.
