摘要
本文总结1例腕踝针干预痛风患者急性发作期关节疼痛的护理体会。在中医理论指导下，对痛风急性发作期伴有关节疼痛、活动受限的患者应用腕踝针进行干预，观察患者关节疼痛程度、关节活动度等核心症状与体征的变化。结果显示，干预后患者症状改善显著，且该疗法安全性良好、未出现不良反应，充分体现中医外治法在痛风急性发作期护理中的临床优势。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of wrist-ankle acupuncture intervention for joint pain in a patient with acute gout. Guided by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） theory， wrist-ankle acupuncture was applied to a patient experiencing acute gout flare with joint pain and limited mobility. Changes in core symptoms and signs， such as pain intensity and joint range of motion， were observed. Results demonstrated significant symptom improvement post-intervention， with no adverse effects， highlighting the clinical advantages of TCM external therapies in managing acute gout flares.
