摘要
本文总结1例采用悬灸技术干预肝胃不和型胃痛患者的护理经验。以中医“整体观念”为核心，对患者实施精准辨证与个性化施护，通过悬灸外治、情志调神、饮食固本、生活防复的多维度综合干预，力求“标本兼治”。经过10 d干预后，患者胃脘胀痛基本消失，两胁胀闷明显缓解，食欲恢复，夜间睡眠改善，排便规律，情绪趋于平稳，生活质量显著提升。结果表明，悬灸对肝胃不和型胃痛患者具有一定临床应用价值。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying suspended moxibustion therapy to a patient with stomach pain caused by liver-stomach disharmony. Guided by the TCM holistic concept， precise syndrome differentiation and personalized care were implemented， integrating multidimensional interventions such as suspended moxibustion （external treatment）， emotional regulation， dietary reinforcement， and lifestyle adjustments to achieve "simultaneous treatment of root and manifestation." After 10 days of intervention， the patient's epigastric distension and pain were significantly relieved， hypochondriac distension improved， appetite restored， nocturnal sleep enhanced， bowel movements regulated， and emotional stability achieved， leading to a marked improvement in quality of life. The results suggest that suspended moxibustion holds clinical value for patients with liver-stomach disharmony-related stomach pain.
