摘要
本文总结1例Ⅲ度混合痔术后疼痛患者运用耳穴压豆联合常规护理的护理过程。患者术后出现中重度疼痛，通过选取神门、肛门、直肠及皮质下等耳穴进行耳穴压豆干预，并配合心理护理、饮食指导以及创面护理。通过治疗患者创面愈合状况良好，无疼痛复发情况，生活质量得到显著改善。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing process of a patient with grade III mixed hemorrhoids who experienced postoperative severe pain. The patient had moderate to severe pain after the operation. Through the selection of auricular points such as Shenmen， Anjing， Rectum， and Subcutaneous for auricular point pressing bean intervention， combined with psychological care， dietary guidance， and wound care， the patient's wound healed well， there was no recurrence of pain， and the quality of life was significantly improved.
