摘要

本文总结1例肺腺癌化疗相关性腹泻患者的中医护理实践，在西医常规对症治疗基础上，遵循辨证施护核心原则，通过评估患者腹泻程度、大便性状及全身症状，采用耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷技术实施干预，有效恢复脾胃运化功能，改善患者腹泻、乏力等临床症状。本案例充分体现辨证施护在中医护理实践中的核心指导价值，可显著提升化疗期间患者的治疗舒适度与临床康复效果。

Abstract

This article summarizes the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing practice for a patient with lung adenocarcinoma experiencing chemotherapy-induced diarrhea. Based on conventional Western symptomatic treatment， the intervention adhered to the core principle of syndrome differentiation and nursing. By assessing the severity of diarrhea， stool characteristics， and systemic symptoms， auricular acupoint pressure combined with acupoint application was employed to restore spleen-stomach transportation and transformation functions， effectively alleviating clinical symptoms such as diarrhea and fatigue. This case highlights the pivotal role of syndrome differentiation in TCM nursing， demonstrating its potential to enhance patient comfort and clinical outcomes during chemotherapy.
