摘要
本文汇报1例急性肠梗阻重症患者采用中医护理技术协同干预的护理体会。在西医常规护理基础上，通过协同应用中医护理技术，以健脾益气、活血通络及理气通腑为核心干预原则，有效缓解患者腹痛腹胀症状，实现腹压降低、腹围缩小、肠蠕动恢复及自主排便排气，最终患者病情稳定，顺利转出ICU继续后续治疗。研究表明，中医护理技术协同应用于肠梗阻患者效果显著，且具有操作简便、患者舒适度高的优势，值得临床推广借鉴。
Abstract
This article reports the nursing experience of a severe case of acute intestinal obstruction treated with synergistic intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing techniques. On the basis of conventional Western nursing care， the coordinated application of TCM nursing techniques—centered on the principles of strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi， activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals， and regulating qi to relieve fu-organ stagnation—effectively alleviated the patient’s abdominal pain and distension， achieved reduced intra-abdominal pressure， decreased abdominal circumference， restored intestinal peristalsis， and spontaneous defecation/flatus. Ultimately， the patient’s condition stabilized， enabling successful transfer from the ICU for continued treatment. The study demonstrates that the synergistic application of TCM nursing techniques in intestinal obstruction patients yields significant outcomes， with advantages such as operational simplicity and high patient comfort， warranting clinical promotion.
