摘要
本文总结1例脾切除术后继发胃瘫综合征（PGS）患者应用穴位注射联合穴位按摩治疗的护理经验。在常规胃肠减压、肠内肠外营养等治疗基础上，精准实施穴位注射与穴位按摩等中医特色技术，同时落实分阶段营养支持、精细化症状管理与个性化情志调护。经过14 d的中西医结合护理干预，有效促进患者胃肠功能恢复，缓解腹胀、恶心等症状，缩短住院时间。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with gastroparesis syndrome （PGS） following splenectomy treated with acupoint injection combined with acupoint massage. Based on conventional interventions such as gastrointestinal decompression and enteral/parenteral nutrition， precision application of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） techniques—including acupoint injection and massage—was implemented. Concurrently， phased nutritional support， meticulous symptom management， and personalized emotional care were provided. After 14 days of integrated TCM-Western nursing interventions， the patient’s gastrointestinal function significantly improved， with alleviation of bloating and nausea， alongside reduced hospitalization duration.
