摘要
本文总结1例血瘀气滞型口僻患者采用杵针联合耳穴压豆干预的护理经验，内容涵盖护理评估、操作方法、注意事项、功能锻炼及护理评价等。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采用杵针风府八阵、河车脑椎段操作联合耳穴压豆，同时配合常规护理，可有效改善血瘀气滞型口僻患者的面部功能障碍，缓解焦虑抑郁情绪，降低并发症发生风险，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with facial deviation attributed to blood stasis and qi stagnation pattern， treated with pestle needle therapy combined with auricular plaster therapy. The nursing protocol included comprehensive assessment， operational procedures， precautions， functional exercises， and outcome evaluation. Guided by the principles of TCM syndrome differentiation and holistic care， the intervention involved pestle needle manipulation at the Fengfu Bazhen （Wind Mansion Eight Arrays） and Heche Naozhui （Brain and Vertebral Segment of the Spinal Cord） regions， integrated with auricular plaster therapy and routine nursing care. This combined approach significantly improved facial motor dysfunction， alleviated anxiety and depressive symptoms， reduced the risk of complications， and enhanced the patient's overall quality of life.
