探讨BOPPPS联合CBL模式在中医临床护理教学中的应用效果。
方法
2
选取1例胰岛素瘤行Whipple术患者构建教学案例，该病例以反复发作的Whipple三联征为典型临床表现，诊疗过程复杂，术后并发症风险高。教学实施以BOPPPS模型为框架，依托真实临床案例（CBL）情境，引导实习生围绕患者病情开展小组讨论与情景模拟，制定并实践个性化中西医结合护理方案。
结果

该联合模式有效激发了实习生的主动学习与思辨能力；教学评价及后测结果显示，实习生对Whipple术后病情的评估观察能力、中西医结合护理的实践应用能力均得到显著提升，教学目标达成度高。
结论

BOPPPS联合CBL模式在Whipple术病例护理教学中实现了“教学做合一”，可有效培养实习生的中西医结合临床思维与实践能力，为同类护理教学提供有益参考。

To evaluate the application effect of the BOPPPS model combined with Case-Based Learning （CBL） in clinical TCM nursing education.
Methods

A teaching case was developed based on a patient with insulinoma undergoing Whipple procedure， characterized by recurrent Whipple’s triad and high postoperative complication risks. The BOPPPS framework guided the teaching process， integrating real clinical scenarios （CBL） to facilitate group discussions， situational simulations， and the formulation/practice of individualized integrated Chinese-Western nursing plans.
Results

This combined model significantly enhanced trainees’ active learning and critical thinking. Post-training assessments demonstrated marked improvements in their ability to evaluate Whipple postoperative conditions and apply integrated Chinese-Western nursing practices， with high achievement of teaching objectives.
Conclusion

The BOPPPS-CBL integration achieved "unification of teaching， learning， and practice" in Whipple procedure nursing education， effectively cultivating trainees’ clinical reasoning and practical skills in integrated medicine. This approach provides a valuable reference for similar nursing training programs.
