摘要

总结1例心脾两虚型失眠患者采用耳部三联疗法治疗的护理经验。护理采用耳部全息刮痧、耳穴贴压及耳穴揿针联合干预，刮痧采用补法，先左后右，重点刮拭神门、脾、胃、三焦及肝等穴位，以激发心脾之气；耳穴贴压选用心、皮质下及脾等穴位，以王不留行籽持续刺激，达到健脾益气、养血安神之效；耳穴揿针取神门、垂前及枕穴，睡前加压以助眠。三法合用、穴位配伍，可调理脏腑、安神助眠。经护理干预，患者睡眠及焦虑状态明显改善，顺利康复出院。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing experience of triple auricular therapy for a patient with insomnia of heart-spleen deficiency pattern. The intervention combined auricular holographic scraping （tonifying technique， left ear first）， auricular acupoint pressing （using Vaccaria seeds on heart， subcortex， and spleen points to strengthen the spleen， replenish qi， and calm the mind）， and auricular intradermal needle embedding （applied to Shenmen， Anterior Ear Lobe， and Occiput points with pre-sleep pressure stimulation）. The synergistic application of these methods， with targeted acupoint selection， regulated visceral functions and promoted sleep. Post-intervention， the patient demonstrated significant improvement in sleep quality and anxiety， leading to successful discharge.
