摘要

本报告以1例主诉“左髋关节胀痛、活动受限4年，加重2月”的髋关节置换术患者为研究对象，探讨术后疼痛的相关诊疗方案，并分析耳穴疗法联合中药贴敷的干预效果。临床干预过程中，首先对患者实施全面护理评估，基于评估结果明确急性疼痛、躯体活动障碍等护理诊断，随后制定并严格执行精细化护理计划，同时密切观察患者反应。本案例实践表明，耳穴疗法与中药贴敷联合应用具有良好的临床效果，提示在今后的护理工作中可进一步探索此类中西医结合护理模式，为临床护理实践提供新思路，为疾病治疗拓展更多可能性。

Abstract

This report takes a patient who underwent hip joint replacement surgery and complained of "left hip joint distension and pain， limited activity for 4 years， and aggravated for 2 months" as the research object. It explores the relevant diagnosis and treatment plans for postoperative pain and analyzes the intervention effect of auricular acupoint therapy combined with Chinese herbal patch application. During the clinical intervention process， a comprehensive nursing assessment was first conducted on the patient. Based on the assessment results， nursing diagnoses such as acute pain and physical activity impairment were identified. Then， a detailed and strict nursing plan was formulated and implemented， and the patient's response was closely observed. The practice of this case shows that the combined application of auricular acupoint therapy and Chinese herbal patch application has a good clinical effect， suggesting that in future nursing work， this type of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing model can be further explored to provide new ideas for clinical nursing practice and expand more possibilities for disease treatment.
