摘要

本文探索基于认知学徒制的“师带徒”教学模式在1例膝痹病患者护理教学中的应用效果。以1例右膝重度骨性关节炎（瘀血痹阻证）患者为教学案例，对2名社区护士采用一对二跟学带教模式，系统运用“理论筑基—技能内化—成果产出”三阶段教学流程，综合运用PBL问题链、CBL方案共构、情景模拟、同伴互评及床旁教学等方法。经培训，学员能独立完成药罐法规范操作并制定个性化健康教育方案，理论知识、技能应用与临床思维能力均得到提升，同时增强了对中医药文化的认同感及社区服务责任感。

Abstract

This study explores the application effects of the cognitive apprenticeship-based "master-apprentice" teaching model in nursing education through a patient with knee Bi syndrome. A patient with severe osteoarthritis of the right knee （pattern of static blood obstruction and blockade） was selected as the teaching case. Two community nurses were enrolled and instructed through a one-to-two follow-up mentorship model， with systematic implementation of a three-stage teaching process comprising "theoretical foundation， skill internalization， and outcome generation." A range of methods was comprehensively employed， including problem-based learning （PBL） question chains， case-based learning （CBL） co-construction of nursing plans， scenario simulation， peer assessment， and bedside teaching. Following the training， the trainees were able to independently perform standardized medicinal cupping procedures and develop individualized health education plans， with marked improvements demonstrated in theoretical knowledge， clinical skill application， and clinical reasoning ability. In addition， their sense of identity with traditional Chinese medicine culture and their commitment to community service were notably enhanced.
