摘要

本文案采用案例式学习（CBL）教学法，以1例痰热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽患儿为教学案例，引导学员运用中医护理知识，围绕护理程序开展护理诊断分析、护理计划制定及护理措施探讨等实践，激发学员自主学习能动性，使其深入掌握中医护理技术在儿科的临床应用，提升对中医辨证施护的主动学习能力。

Abstract

This lesson plan adopts the Case-Based Learning （CBL） teaching method， using a pediatric case of pneumonia with wheezing cough of the phlegm-heat obstructing the lung pattern as a teaching example. It guides trainees to apply Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing knowledge in analyzing nursing diagnoses， formulating care plans， and exploring nursing interventions based on the nursing process. The approach aims to stimulate trainees' autonomous learning initiative， deepen their mastery of TCM nursing techniques in pediatric clinical practice， and enhance their active learning capacity for TCM syndrome-differentiated nursing.
