摘要

本文总结应用中药塌渍联合温灸法治疗1例寒湿凝滞型盆腔炎患者的中西医护理经验。在中医寒湿凝滞型施护指导下采取针对性的护理措施，包括基础护理、休息与运动指导、情志护理及饮食调护等，同时运用中医护理技术，包括中药塌渍和温灸器灸法。经个性化治疗与护理后，患者腹痛、焦虑等症状得到明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing experience in caring for a patient with pelvic inflammatory disease （PID） of cold-damp stagnation type who received Chinese herbal sticking therapy combined with warm moxibustion device therapy. Under the guidance of TCM nursing principles tailored to the cold-damp stagnation pattern， targeted nursing interventions were implemented， encompassing fundamental nursing care， rest and exercise guidance， emotional nursing， and dietary regulation， alongside the application of characteristic TCM nursing techniques， namely Chinese herbal sticking therapy and warm moxibustion device therapy. Following individualized treatment and nursing care， the patient demonstrated marked improvement in symptoms including abdominal pain and anxiety.
