摘要

本文总结1例68岁膝骨关节炎患者接受中西医结合理疗的个性化护理经验。通过全面评估确立护理诊断，实施涵盖药物镇痛、中医外治及功能训练的疼痛管理与康复方案；针对高龄、关节不稳等因素开展综合防跌倒管理，包括风险评估、环境改造及行为训练；全程进行疾病知识教育及自我管理指导。干预后患者疼痛评分显著降低，关节活动度及生活自理能力提升，住院期间无不良事件发生，23 d后顺利出院。研究表明，中西医结合系统化护理可有效缓解膝骨关节炎疼痛、促进功能恢复并保障患者安全，可为同类患者的临床护理实践提供参考。

Abstract

This study summarizes the personalized nursing experience of a 68-year-old patient with knee osteoarthritis （KOA） receiving integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine （TCM-WM） physiotherapy. Comprehensive assessment established nursing diagnoses， followed by a pain management and rehabilitation plan incorporating pharmacological analgesia， TCM external therapies， and functional training. A multifactorial fall prevention strategy—addressing advanced age and joint instability—was implemented， including risk assessment， environmental modifications， and behavioral training. Disease education and self-management guidance were provided throughout the intervention. Post-treatment outcomes demonstrated significant pain reduction， improved joint mobility， and enhanced activities of daily living （ADLs）， with no adverse events during hospitalization. The patient was discharged after 23 days. The findings suggest that systematic TCM-WM integrated nursing can effectively alleviate pain， promote functional recovery， and ensure safety in KOA patients， offering a reference for clinical nursing practice in similar cases.
