摘要

总结1例63岁重症肺炎合并高血压、脑梗死、2型糖尿病及慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的中西医结合护理经验。在西医常规护理基础上实施中药足浴联合耳穴贴压干预，动态观察患者症状、睡眠、情绪、皮肤状态及自理能力变化。结果显示，干预10 d后患者咳嗽、喘息症状明显缓解，睡眠质量、焦虑情绪、下肢血液循环及自理能力均得到显著改善，住院期间未发生压力性损伤及其他不良事件。提示中药足浴联合耳穴疗法安全简便、效果确切，可优化重症肺炎中西医结合护理方案，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine （TCM-Western） nursing experience for a 63-year-old patient with severe pneumonia complicated by hypertension， cerebral infarction， type 2 diabetes mellitus， and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. On the basis of routine Western medical nursing care， Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） foot bath combined with auricular acupressure was implemented， and dynamic observations were conducted regarding changes in symptoms， sleep， emotional status， skin condition， and self-care ability. The results showed that after 10 days of intervention， the patient's cough and wheezing symptoms were significantly relieved， and notable improvements were observed in sleep quality， anxiety， lower limb blood circulation， and self-care ability. No pressure injuries or other adverse events occurred during hospitalization. These findings indicate that TCM foot bath combined with auricular therapy is safe， simple， and effective. It can optimize integrated TCM-Western nursing protocols for severe pneumonia and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
