摘要

本报告总结1例56岁男性缺血性脑卒中合并周围性面瘫、2型糖尿病伴糖尿病足患者的中西医结合护理过程。患者入院后接受西医抗血小板聚集、改善脑循环、血糖调控及抗感染治疗；中医予中药塌渍治疗面瘫、复方黄柏液湿敷糖尿病足创面，同时联合口服中药、康复训练及系统专科护理。经过12 d住院治疗与护理，患者面瘫症状显著改善，言语功能恢复，糖尿病足感染得到有效控制，未发生眼部并发症、跌倒与压疮等不良事件；出院后随访显示，患者功能状态持续好转，足部创面愈合良好，提示中药塌渍联合个体化中西医护理，对缺血性脑卒中伴面瘫、糖尿病足患者疗效确切，可有效促进患者功能恢复、提升生活质量，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This report summarizes the integrated traditional Chinese and Western nursing process for a 56-year-old male patient with ischemic stroke complicated by peripheral facial paralysis， type 2 diabetes mellitus， and diabetic foot. Upon admission， the patient received Western medical treatments including antiplatelet aggregation， cerebral circulation improvement， glycemic control， and anti-infection therapy. Traditional Chinese medicine interventions involved herbal compress therapy for facial paralysis， compound Huangbai liquid wet compresses for diabetic foot wounds， alongside oral herbal medicine， rehabilitation training， and systematic specialized nursing. After 12 days of hospitalization， the patient exhibited significant improvement in facial paralysis， restored speech function， and effective control of diabetic foot infection， with no adverse events such as ocular complications， falls， or pressure ulcers. Follow-up post-discharge indicated sustained functional recovery and satisfactory wound healing， demonstrating that herbal compress therapy combined with individualized integrated nursing is clinically effective for ischemic stroke patients with facial paralysis and diabetic foot， promoting functional rehabilitation and quality of life， thus warranting broader clinical application.
