摘要

本文总结1例73岁男性慢性肾衰竭急性加重伴恶心呕吐5 d患者的护理经验。患者入院时血肌酐水平升高，伴高血钾、蛋白尿及恶心欲吐等临床症状，在常规西医治疗基础上，联合应用中药保留灌肠中医适宜技术，发挥清热凉血，健脾益肾，减少体内代谢毒素潴留的功效，辅助改善患者肾功能，缓解恶心欲吐症状。护理过程中密切观察中药保留灌肠的不良反应，同时加强饮食指导与心理干预，有效提升患者的舒适度及治疗依从性。实践表明，中西医结合护理有助于降低患者血肌酐水平、改善恶心欲吐症状，具有良好的辅助治疗效果及临床推广应用价值。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a 73-year-old male patient with acute exacerbation of chronic renal failure accompanied by nausea and vomiting for 5 days. Upon admission， the patient presented with elevated serum creatinine levels， hyperkalemia， proteinuria， and persistent nausea. In addition to conventional Western medical treatment， Chinese herbal retention enema was applied as an adjunctive therapy to clear heat， cool blood， strengthen the spleen and kidneys， and reduce the retention of metabolic toxins， thereby improving renal function and alleviating nausea and vomiting. During the nursing process， close monitoring was conducted to detect potential adverse reactions to the herbal enema， while dietary guidance and psychological interventions were reinforced to enhance patient comfort and treatment compliance. The results demonstrated that integrated traditional Chinese and Western nursing effectively reduced serum creatinine levels and improved nausea and vomiting symptoms， indicating significant adjunctive therapeutic value with promising clinical applicability.
