摘要

本文总结1例耳尖放血联合穴位贴敷用于耳石症复位后残余头晕患者的护理经验。在常规治疗与护理基础上，采用耳尖放血联合穴位贴敷的中医特色疗法对患者实施干预。针对患者残余头晕症状、睡眠质量及焦虑状态进行综合评估，干预后患者眩晕障碍量表（DHI）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分均显著下降。研究表明，中医特色疗法耳尖放血联合穴位贴敷用于耳石症复位后残余头晕的治疗，具有协同增效、扶正祛邪的作用，可加速患者康复进程，改善临床症状，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with residual dizziness after benign paroxysmal positional vertigo （BPPV） repositioning， treated with bloodletting at ear apex combined with acupoint application， a characteristic Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） therapy. On the basis of conventional treatment and nursing， the patient received interventions integrating these TCM techniques. Comprehensive assessments were conducted on residual dizziness symptoms， sleep quality， and anxiety status. Post-intervention， the patient’s scores on the Dizziness Handicap Inventory （DHI）， Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）， and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） showed significant improvement. The study demonstrates that the combined TCM therapy of ear apex bloodletting and acupoint application synergistically enhances efficacy， reinforces healthy qi while eliminating pathogens， accelerates recovery， alleviates clinical symptoms， and improves quality of life in patients with residual dizziness after BPPV repositioning.
