摘要

本文总结1例火龙罐综合灸用于改善气滞血瘀型痉挛性斜颈患者疼痛与肌肉痉挛的护理体会。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采用火龙罐综合灸中医护理技术，同时辅以生活起居指导、饮食调理、情志护理及功能锻炼等措施，不仅有效改善患者的疼痛与肌肉痉挛症状，在缓解焦虑、改善睡眠方面也取得较好效果，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying Fire Dragon Cupping combined with moxibustion （FDC-M） to improve pain and muscle spasms in a patient with spasmodic torticollis of Qi-stagnation and Blood-stasis pattern. Guided by the theory of syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing， the intervention integrated FDC-M therapy with lifestyle guidance， dietary modulation， emotional regulation， and functional exercises. The results demonstrated significant relief of pain and muscle spasms， along with notable improvements in anxiety and sleep quality. This approach warrants clinical promotion for its holistic efficacy.
