摘要

本病例为45岁高危型急性髓系白血病M2型患者，行DAV方案诱导化疗后达完全缓解，病程中出现多重感染、贫血等情况，护理特异性强。护理团队结合中西医理念，对患者进行多维度评估，确立针对性护理诊断，实施抗感染等综合护理措施，同时注重并发症预防与营养干预。经护理，患者症状缓解、感染得到控制、血象改善后顺利出院。本案例表明，急性白血病化疗后恶心呕吐的中西医结合整体护理可减轻患者症状、提升治疗耐受度，为同类病例的临床护理提供参考。

Abstract

This case involves a 45-year-old patient with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia （AML-M2） who achieved complete remission after DAV induction chemotherapy but developed multiple infections and anemia during treatment， necessitating highly specific nursing care. The nursing team adopted an integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine （TCM-WM） approach， conducting multidimensional assessments， establishing targeted nursing diagnoses， and implementing comprehensive interventions including anti-infection measures， complication prevention， and nutritional support. Through these efforts， the patient's symptoms were alleviated， infections controlled， and hematologic parameters improved， leading to successful discharge. This case demonstrates that holistic TCM-WM nursing for chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting （CINV） in acute leukemia can mitigate symptoms and enhance treatment tolerance， offering a reference for clinical management of similar cases.
