摘要

本文总结耳部刮痧联合腹部脏腑推拿治疗1例肾虚血瘀型便秘患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护原则，针对患者肾虚血瘀、肠道传导失常的核心病机，采用耳部刮痧调理脏腑、腹部脏腑推拿疏通腑气的联合方案，配合饮食、情志、运动等综合护理干预。通过护理评估、干预实施及效果评价，发现该联合疗法能有效改善患者便秘症状、缓解焦虑情绪，且安全性高、患者耐受度好，可为慢性肾衰合并便秘的临床护理提供实践借鉴。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of auricular scraping combined with abdominal visceral massage in the treatment of a patient with constipation of the kidney deficiency and blood stasis pattern. Based on the principles of nursing care guided by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation， and targeting the core pathogenesis of kidney deficiency with blood stasis and impaired intestinal transmission， a combined intervention was implemented comprising auricular scraping to regulate the zang-fu organs and abdominal visceral massage to unblock the fu-qi， supplemented by comprehensive nursing measures including dietary guidance， emotional regulation， and exercise prescription. Through nursing assessment， implementation of interventions， and outcome evaluation， the combined therapy was found to effectively alleviate constipation symptoms and relieve anxiety， while demonstrating a favorable safety profile and good patient tolerability. This case may serve as a practical reference for the clinical nursing care of patients with chronic renal failure complicated by constipation.
