摘要

本文总结1例手法通乳联合中药膏摩治疗乳痈患者的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，发挥中医中药独特优势，为患者实施手法通乳联合中药膏摩治疗，同时配合情志护理、饮食宣教等常规护理措施，有效改善患者乳痈疼痛症状，缓解焦虑情绪，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with acute mastitis using manual lactation therapy combined with Chinese herbal paste rubbing. Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation and individualized nursing in traditional Chinese medicine， and leveraging the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine， the patient received manual lactation therapy in combination with Chinese herbal paste rubbing， along with routine nursing measures including emotional care and dietary guidance. These interventions effectively alleviated the breast pain associated with mastitis， relieved anxiety， and improved the patient's quality of life.
