摘要

本文总结1例2型糖尿病伴周围神经病变患者的中西医结合护理经验，在饮食指导、运动指导、药物治疗、血糖监测及健康教育等常规护理基础上，联合耳穴压丸、皮内针及中药溻渍等中医特色护理技术，使患者血糖水平趋于稳定，双下肢麻木、发凉症状显著改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine for a patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） complicated by peripheral neuropathy. On the basis of conventional nursing interventions， including dietary guidance， exercise instruction， medication management， blood glucose monitoring， and health education， complementary Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） techniques such as auricular acupressure， intradermal needle therapy， and herbal wet compresses were applied. These integrated approaches contributed to stabilized blood glucose levels and significant improvement in symptoms of lower limb numbness and coldness.
